PC-Com provides a variety of shortcuts to your common computer tasks and eliminates the bulk of mouse clicking and repetitive typing.  With this convenience, employees can operate computers at a much faster pace.  The following examples are just a few of the ways PC-Com can speed up the production of your business.

Open any program or website in a second.
PC-Com was built on this foundation.  Instead of wasting time searching the Start Menu for a program or minimizing windows to get to the desktop, you can open anything in the three-step combination: Press a hotkey, type a few letters of a keyword, and press Enter.

Web/Dictionary/Thesaurus/Wikipedia Search.
It's always helpful to have information at your finger tips.  If an employee is typing a document and has a question about anything, their answer can be solved just by pressing a few keys.

Insert Text Function
Businesses will always get different e-mails from people who ask the same questions.  Since it's important to reply to all of your e-mail, how do you handle sending the same message to multiple people?  Many employees will search their Sent Folder for reponses that give the same answer to the question, and then they will copy and paste it to a new message.  Instead of searching through folders, drafts, or documents for earlier messages, use the Insert Text Function that PC-Com provides.  This lets you create your own functions that insert custom text or the date & time into any text field.  All you have to do is place the mouse pointer of a text field, press the hotkey and type the function as a keyword.  PC-Com will then type the text for you.  You can also use this function for smaller pieces of text, such as your signature at the end of a message.

Notes and Reminders
If an employee needs to write a quick note, take a message, or be reminded of an event later, the sticky notes in PC-Com provide quick solutions.  In PC-Com Pro, you can create a note just by pressing a hotkey and typing note as a keyword.   You can create an unlimited amount of notes, and you can set reminders for a note to popped up daily, weekly, monthly, or one time only.

Accessories
Keep your computers secure with the Virus Removal Guide that comes with PC-Com Pro.  This guide will teach you how to remove 99% of viruses, trojan horses, and spyware from your computers.  Don't worry, this guide isn't as long as you think it would be.  If you print it out, it only comes to about ten pages.  You can also use the AutoLoad accessory to automatically check for errors on your computer, defragment your hard drive, or perform other tasks at scheduled times.

Over a thousand people download PC-Com in a given week.  Because of the addictive nature of this program, people will use it to open anything or search for anything on the internet.  When a user installs PC-Com, over 50 preset keywords are set up in the Command List.  In addition to this, seven letter commands are set up to let the user search websites from PC-Com.
